The term 'you' referred to in this document refers to any individual or organization who purchases the product. The term 'we' referred to in this document refers to Rongzhe Optoelectronics and service providers

1.0 Guarantee Scope

We guarantee that if the product malfunctions due to material, process, or manufacturing issues under normal use and maintenance conditions, we will provide you with repair, replacement, or return warranty services in accordance with the provisions of this document during the warranty period. Normal use and maintenance conditions "refer to the installation, use, maintenance, storage, transportation, etc. of the product that comply with the requirements of the instructions and are used for reasonable expected purposes or uses. 'Affects normal use' refers to the inability of a product to achieve the functions described by its standard performance parameters. We do not charge you any additional fees for warranty services, unless it is declared in advance or required by law or agreement to be borne by you. The above is our full guarantee regarding product quality and service, with no other express or implied warranties. If the seller or any other third party has additional commitments to you, you should request fulfillment from these third parties, and we are not responsible for this.


2.0 Warranty Period

2.1 The corresponding warranty period for products and components shall be executed in accordance with the relevant "Product Standard Warranty Period". The warranty period starts from the date of the first purchase of the product, and the purchase date is based on the invoice date of the purchased product. If there is no valid invoice, the warranty period will be calculated from the date of product manufacturing. If the invoice date of the product is later than the actual delivery date, the warranty period shall be calculated from the actual delivery date of the product.

2.2 Products or components repaired or replaced within the warranty scope shall continue to enjoy warranty during the remaining warranty period. If the remaining warranty period is less than six months, it shall be calculated as six months. If there are other provisions in the contract or applicable laws signed between us and you, the contract or legal provisions shall prevail.
